Cumbre Serena is a residential and eco-tourism project that celebrates the harmony between architecture and nature in the breathtaking Andean landscape of Malacatos, Loja [ECU].
The design seamlessly integrates a villa, eco-glampings, a caretaker’s house, and a multifunctional pavilion, creating a place where comfort and sustainability come together. Every element was conceived with bioclimatic principles, local materials, and minimal land intervention—prioritizing biodiversity conservation and respect for the natural surroundings.
Innovative features include an infinity pool overlooking the mountains, passive thermal insulation solutions, and a comprehensive reforestation plan that strengthens the project’s environmental commitment.
